The purpose of Beau’s Academy of Rhythm, is to provide quality instruction, focusing on guitar and drum set. Beau’s Academy of Rhythm in Fayetteville, strives to create a fun, safe and professional environment where students can explore their musicality and strengthen their proficiency on their instrument.

Scheduling

Lessons will take place weekly, in thirty minute or one hour sessions. 

​

Consistent attendance is expected.  However, if a student is unable to make their scheduled lesson, they have the opportunity to work with the Beau’s Academy of Rhythm to reschedule a make-up lesson if the instructor’s schedule allows within a 2 week period of time.  

​

If a student misses a lesson without notice, or cancels with the intention of not rescheduling, Beau’s Academy of Rhythm is not obligated to provide make-up lessons or refund payments in these circumstances.

​

If the instructor cancels a lesson, the student is entitled to a lesson that will take place at a later date

​

Students will have the option to cancel their lesson the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas and reschedule at a later date.  

​

If a student will be gone for two weeks or more, lessons will not be rescheduled. In this circumstance, payment will act as a place holder ensuring the time slot remains held for that student.  

​

If the instructor’s schedule allows, students are welcome to request and adjust their re-occurring weekly appointment time

​

Parents of minors are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child at Beau’s Academy of Rhythm studio space.    

​

Beau’s Academy of Rhythm reserves the right to terminate lessons at any time.  Outstanding balances will be refunded.  

​

Billing/payment

Four 30 minute lessons per month will cost $120. Four, 1 hour lessons per month will cost $240.

Note- Depending on the day, some months will hold a fifth lesson and the invoice will reflect this adjustment

​

Lessons will be paid month by month and paid in full before the first lesson in each new month cycle. If payment has not been received by the second lesson in a given cycle, lessons will pause until payment is received.

​
